School Vacation Program
Provides a structured alternative for students during school vacations. The program is designed to provide students recreational, daily living, and community based activities to promote and encourage social skills. Throughout the week students have the ability to choose between activities, such as cooking, crafts, stories, movement, and outside play. The program includes two field trips with emphasis on social skill development and independent skills while supervised and supported by staff. Some previous field trips have included Plaster Fun Time, Kimball’s, and Wamesit Bowling.
